Ice Cream Sketch Challenge

Updated: Aug 30, 2021

I love working with layout sketches, it's amazing how different all the cards turn out! This is the 500th sketch from Freshly Made Sketches!

I've created an ice cream card to celebrate the gorgeous Bank Holiday Weekend we are having in the UK, might have to go and get one now!

Instructions

I started with a So Saffron A6 book fold card blank.

The DSP is from Bloom Where You're Planted and measures 5cm by 14.4cm and stuck down flat.

I then chose three of my favourite pastel colours for the ice cream and Crumb Cake for the cone. I stamped and punched them then glued them together. They are attached to the card on dimensionals

The sentiment is stamped on a 1.9cm wide strip of Basic White and finished using the Banner Pick a Punch. I curved it using my fingers then glued it under the cone.
