Bloom Where You're Planted

I'm a succor for foliage stamps, and if there are matching dies I just have to have them. As soon as I saw the Bloom Where You're Planted bundle it just fell in to my basket. I have made so many different cards with it, but I particularly love the simplicity of this one.

A retired Embossing folder did sneak in here but the Painted Texture 3D embossing folder will work equally well.

Materials

White A6 book fold card

Basic White 12cm by 8.5cm embossed using the Polished Stone embossing folder (retired) use the Painted Texture embossing folder

Scraps of Basic White to stamp the leaves and pot for the stand.

Scraps of DSP for the smaller pots

Basic White label cut using Painted Labels dies

Instructions

Stamp and die cut the leaves and pot. I used Evergreen Envy, Soft Succulent and Garden Green. The pot is in Misty Moonlight.

Die cut the Basic White stand and the 2 smaller pots from the DSP

Assemble the plant and pot:

Stick the 3 leaf piece to the back of the pot, then arrange the fronds behind it, bringing some of it to the front overlapping the pot then add the 5 leaf piece to the back.

Glue the stand in position and glue the smaller pots to it. Attach the whole thing on to the embossed piece using Mini and normal Dimensionals.

Stamp the sentiment on the label, I used Misty Moonlight, and glue it to the top of the embossed piece.

Then attach the finished topper to the front of the card using Dimensionals.
